How can I cancel my booking if I'm no longer able to attend?

We understand if something happens and you are unable to make it to our event. To cancel your booking, please log into your Eventbrite account (created automatically during booking), go to the Tickets tab, click on your order then select Cancel Order.

I tried to cancel a paid event but it won't refund me the full amount I paid for the ticket?

If you cancel a booking, please note Eventbrite takes out a ticketing fee which is unable to be reimbursed. We choose to absorb this fee when you book a ticket, but we are unable to refund this amount if you cancel, e.g. for a $10 ticket you would be refunded $8.27, and the ticketing fee is $1.73.
