Join me for a gentle pause as we round out the year with a nourishing 2-hour Yin immersion. 2025 has been both the Year of the Snake and a 9 year in numerology, a powerful combination that often brings shedding, completion, and transformation. For many, this year has revealed what’s ready to shift.

This practice is an invitation to honour the endings, take stock, and create space before the new cycle begins. In a season that can feel chaotic and fast, this is your permission to pause.

Expect a slow, gooey Yin practice, rest & digest, reflection, and time to land back in your body.

Yin Yoga is a practice I hold close to my heart. It invites inner stillness, softening, and the wisdom that arises when we truly listen.
