From 30th April - 6th May, we are challenging all Australians to take on an hour a week to boost mental and physical health.

A recent study led by the Black Dog Institute found that one hour of exercise a week could prevent up to 12% of cases of depression.

That’s why Exercise Your Mood week is kicking off with a FREE workout on Tuesday 1st May led by fitness expert Michelle Bridges.



When: 7:30am (for a 7:45am start) – 8:30am, Tuesday 1st May 2018

Where: First Fleet Park, Circular Quay (near the Museum of Contemporary Art)

What to wear: comfortable sneakers and activewear. Bring a water bottle and towel along too.
