Event description

Description

Join us for a unique experience to reflect and connect, to gain skills and awareness to move through the silly season and into 2020 with intention.

We will be hearing from gambling awareness advocate Kate Seselja, and young businesswoman Caterina Sullivan.

The lunch will cover:

  • A reflection on our 2019 accomplishments

  • An analysis of those accomplishments

  • An understanding of intentional living

  • How we can set meaningful intentions for next year

  • An understanding of adversity

  • How to develop a positive relationship with adversity

  • An identification of our limiting beliefs

  • How we can overcome these limiting beliefs

  • An understanding of our need for emotional safety

  • How to implement a meaningful self-care routine in 2020 for our emotional well-being

This event will be co-hosted by The Hope Project. The Hope Project is aimed at crisis prevention by skilling and equipping people better every day, to not just exist or survive but to thrive in life. We run workshops, seminars and documentary-screenings on the need to change the way society views struggle, to destroy stigma and to challenge the systems that cause human harm. The Hope Project was founded by gambling awareness advocate, IGNTD Recovery Coach, World Kindness Australia Ambassador and Sustainable Development Goals Advocate, Kate Seselja.

Tickets include a three-course lunch and beverages.
