Safety Leadership Program is a two-day program which enables you to benchmark yourself against a model of world-class executive health and safety leadership.

You will get feedback on your strengths and practical suggestions to lift your performance. A personal follow-up is included.

Who is this for?

For CEOs and executive leaders who are ready to take the next step in their health and safety leadership and are after an understanding of what world-class executive health and safety leadership looks like on a day-to-day basis.

The Safety Leadership Program has two parts:

Part 1: Two-day course

Learn what to do as a leader committed to health and safety. You will come away with an understanding of what world-class executive health and safety leadership ‘looks like’ on a day-to-day basis.

Part 2: Follow-up session

After completing the assessment and the course, you will have a one-to-one follow-up session with Leading Safety to create a personal action plan that is right-sized for you and your business. Ongoing mentoring support is also available.
