Event description
Explore new approaches that can support you, as an executive leader, to make decisions in times of increasing uncertainty.

About this Event

Tomorrow, from home, you need to handle a global pandemic and a critical lack of supplies as millions of people get sick or lose their jobs. No playbook. No checklist. No precedent. The solution - analogical reasoning.

This session is for SES and high-performing, ambitious EL2's.

Led by Stanford and Harvard Teaching Faculty, People Rocket is bringing a fresh innovative, design-fueled approach to sustainably increase the performance of people, teams and cultures.

Their approach recognises that innovation is a scale and not a destination; and that small shifts along the scale can have a huge impact. Innovation-ish is a collection of six ways you can look at your work = mindsets. They give you practical and achievable ways to boost innovation = moves. Mindsets focus on how you think about the work you need to do. Moves are the actions you take to move the work forward.

In this three-hour session, APS leaders will experience how to deliver differently through a new approach to leadership.

Numbers are limited so we are running a merit-based registration process. Register your interest via EventBrite and we will be in touch to confirm your participation closer to the date.
