How does the Group Training Session operate?

The Group Training Session will begin after all the Meet & Greet photos have concluded. Khamzat will then lead all the Group Training Session ticket-holders in a group workout that will run for up to 90 minutes. During this session, Khamzat will be coaching and monitoring participants.
