Welcome Event:
Our Welcome Event will be held on Monday, 17 February commencing at 6pm AEST. The event provides an opportunity to connect with innovators and delegates before the two-day event. The following ticket prices are inclusive of a ticket to this exclusive evokeᴬᴳ⋅ 2025 event. A location for the welcome event will be confirmed shortly.
Early bird prices will be available until Wednesday, 31 July 2024.

To access Primary Producer tickets: A Primary Producer is an individual, trust or company carrying on a primary production. You are a primary producer if you carry a business undertaking plant, animal cultivation, fishing, pearling, tree farming or felling. You must enter a PIC number or an ABN. You are not considered a primary producer if you work for a large corporate agribusiness.

- When registering yourself or a group, please enter a unique email address for each attendee to avoid any confusion with event confirmation and access to the event app.

If you would prefer not to purchase an evokeAG 2-day event ticket that is inclusive of a Welcome Event ticket, you can go back to the evokeAG 2025 registration page and select the evokeAG 2025 Brisbane, Queensland - 2-day event ticket only option.
Your order confirmation email will have a link for you to "view and manage your order online", which will take you to a browser. Select "email me a login link" to access your profile via a security link that will again come to your email. Once logged in, all you need to do is select "edit".
We would have loved to see you there but if you can no longer make it, we understand. Please email registration@evokeag.com to request a refund. Based on the ticket terms and conditions ticket holders are not eligible for refunds after Friday, 17 January 2025.
Absolutely! Based on our terms and conditions ticket holders are able to transfer their tickets up to 30 days before the event (until Friday, 17 January 2025) with no questions asked. Name and registration changes after this time, will not be facilitated.

If you're driving to the BCEC, there is undercover car parking with direct lift access to the Convention and Exhibition Centre. Car Park 1 is best for Merivale Street rooms; Car Park 2 & 3 are best for Exhibition Halls and Grey Street rooms via Russell Street Walkway.
