The bootcamp will examine the current event landscape, discussing existing and emerging trends and challenges. You will be guided through the five steps of the event experience, receiving valuable advice on critical components of each step, along with ways to ensure your attendees have a memorable experience.
The day will also address two common challenges in event management – finances and building a team. The session will explore financial viability and the diversification of income streams, aiming to decrease reliance on sponsorship and grants. Additionally, it will cover how to identify, recruit, and maintain a team to handle the many varied roles required when running an event.
