Evening Yoga Reset - four week program

Bayswater Drill HallBayswater, WA
Mar 5 at 6 pm to Mar 26 at 7 pm AWST
Overview

Relax, unwind, and stretch your stress away in our 4-week evening yoga program. Open to all levels, with options to suit your practice.

Yoga means ‘to yoke’ or bring together—connecting the body, breath, and mind. Join us for a calming practice designed to enhance well-being. The hour-long class includes breathing exercises, a physical yoga practice to stretch and strengthen, and a final meditation. Suitable for all levels, with options for a stronger or more gentle practice.

Facilitated by Nikki Di Costa from Core Health Shift, a qualified yoga instructor, pharmacist, counsellor, and wellness coach.

Where: Bayswater Drill Hall, cnr of Crowther and Murray St, Bayswater.

When: Thursday's 5th March - 26th March 2026.

Registrations are essential: One registration covers all four weeks of the program.

Our free yoga is incredibly popular and spots fill up fast! If you book a place but don’t attend, it means someone else misses out on this wonderful opportunity. Please be mindful when booking—if your plans change, kindly cancel your spot so another community member can enjoy the session.

Please bring a yoga mat or towel if you have one. If not a yoga mat will be gifted to you.

Families are welcome at our yoga sessions. We kindly ask that any children attending are supervised and remain engaged during the session, so everyone can enjoy a peaceful and focused practice. Thank you for your understanding.

Please be aware that by participating in the yoga sessions you are acknowledging that you are medically fit to undertake such activities and you are participating at your own risk.

For marketing purposes we will be taking photos which will be used on our social media sites to promote the program. Please advise the program coordinator at the commencement of the workshop if you do not wish to be photographed.
