Step into a safe, nurturing space to gently release what no longer serves you. Through guided meditation, Reiki, and sound healing, this evening supports emotional softening, energetic release, and deep relaxation.

With the energy of the watery sign of Cancer, the focus is on allowing - letting vibration, sound, and breath wash through you without effort or analysis. This session isn’t about revisiting stories or experiences; it’s about connecting to sensation and awareness, trusting your body’s natural ability to let go when it feels safe.

Held with care and grounded presence, you’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more at ease.

This event is for Adults but we can accommodate 16 y/o and over with parental permission. Please email us for further information.

This is a seated event, with cushions provided. Chairs are also available - please inform us prior if this is preferred.

Jeni is a Master Healer and Teacher with over 20 years of experience, known for her heartfelt, transformational approach to self-love, healing, and personal growth. Mel brings nearly two decades of experience in body-based energy work, specializing in Access Bars®, supporting profound shifts in energy, mindset, and emotional patterns. Together, they create a nurturing space for deep restoration and inner clarity.
