Without these documents in place your assets will be dealt with in accordance with legislative requirements and will very probably not reflect your wishes. Additionally, substantial costs and time will be saved by ensuring valid Estate Planning documents have been prepared.
Mark Lumley, a solicitor with over 25 years’ experience, is partnering with Catalyst Foundation on a series of presentations about Estate Planning that will provide helpful information about what you need to do to ensure your assets are dealt with in accordance with your wishes.
