Kings Park seeks to partner with Western Australian communities in sharing our knowledge and expertise. With a particular focus on native Western Australian flora and facilitating the development of a Western Australian Botanic Garden Network, this webinar is aimed to inform and assist local government agencies, regional shires, community groups and wildflower societies that are already managing a collection of local native flora or those that wish to develop a collection & display of native flora in their town or shire. Topics will include thematic planning, operational resources, funding, living collection management and record keeping, conservation goals, community engagement and tourism potential, concluding with a Q & A session.
