Essay writing workshop 2021
Event Information
About this Event
You may be an excellent writer embarking on your first novel, or a terrible writer who avoids writing at all costs. But what do you do when you are presented with the following essay question?
“How does the idea of identity contribute to the story of Romeo and Juliet? Consider family affiliation, gender, social class and age in your response.”
One thing you are going to need to get you through the next few years and into VCE is an understanding and a structure on how to write an English essay.
Attend this day workshop to experience how a BURGER can improve your essay writing.
Learn about:
- how to develop a structure and framework
- how to answer the question
- which evidence and examples to use
- how to logically structure your argument
Following your attendance, at this workshop, you are invited to submit an essay for structured feedback from a VCE English Teacher.
