Pleasure is not something that is designed only for our intimate connection but rather a state of being. You can cultivate pleasure, play and curiosity by becoming more familiar to the tools of your body - breath, sound, touch, moving and focusing our attention. Learn ways to expand these tools to open you to your natural state of being, one that is pleasure filled and playful.

This workshop gives the opportunity to explore within a group setting. We will breath together, move together and make sound together. Touch will be confined to your own body to as you work toward embarking on the journey inward. In ritual we will build and awaken the life force energy within us all.

Embrace the opportunity to relish time connecting inward to awaken deeper connection to the people and the places around you. This is a practice.
