Equinox & Ancestral Workshop

Equinox & Ancestral Workshop

Aerial SportsMitchell, ACT
Saturday, Mar 21 from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm
Overview

An intimate Equinox ceremony with cacao, sound, and ancestral journeying to honour roots, heal lineage, and awaken ancestral gifts.

3 hour Workshop

Join us for an intimate ceremonial afternoon devoted to our ancestors, the land, and the deeper roots that live within the body.

The equinox is a sacred threshold of balance - light and dark, seen and unseen - calling us to pause, realign, and remember. We’ll open with a gentle cacao ceremony to soften the heart, deepen presence, and set intention.

Through shamanic drumming and sound, guided journeying, and light language, we enter a field of remembrance where ancestral presence can be felt and met. This embodied ceremony invites deep lineage journeys across generations, allowing what’s unfinished to soften while awakening the gifts and wisdom carried within your blood.

We connect with ancestors of blood and beyond, opening a multidimensional bridge across timelines and realms. This is a deep ceremonial container supporting healing, integration, and stillness.

We’ll close with a nourishing sound bath using crystal singing bowls and vocal tones to support deep relaxation and integration.

For those who feel called to honour the past, reconnect with their roots, and carry ancestral gifts forward.

The afternoon includes:

  • Opening ceremony and ancestral invocation
  • Cacao ceremony
  • Shamanic drum journey
  • Light language transmission and multidimensional sound journey
  • Alignment with ancestral gifts and soul talents ready to be reclaimed
  • Gentle release of inherited patterns, grief, or ancestral weight
  • Grounding and integration into the body and into Earth
  • Closing with a soothing & nourishing sound bath

No prior experience is required.
