Enteral Feeding and Management - PEG

This course is tailored for workers who assist clients with enteral feeding and management, specifically those who receive nutrition via a PEG (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy) tube or PEJ (Percutaneous Endoscopic Jejunostomy), as outlined in their support plan. The course develops the essential knowledge required to manage several types of tubes, feeding regimes and care of the insertion site and PEG/PEJ tube. The session includes a practical, hands on element.

Please note:

Participants must arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. All sessions commence on time and later arrivals will not be permitted.

All participants who attend training must wear closed in shoes.

Parking:

Overflow parking is available across the road from the Rocky Bay office on Raconteur Drive Link.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your booking you must notify Rocky Bay Training via email trainingrbi@rockybay.org.au at least 2 business days before the course commencement date.

A full refund, less $10 admin fee, will be issued.

Transfers

Participants may be able to transfer to an alternative course date, subject to availability.

Non-attendance

If a participant fails to attend an event for which they are registered, the participant will not be eligible for a refund.
