Engagement That Really Works with Tony Ryan

This is a completely practical session. It will feature an entire range of strategies for encouraging higher engagement in most training attendees. Some of the focus will be placed upon paired and small team interaction that doesn’t embarrass the participants, yet still leads to a consistently higher attainment of competency with the training material.
