Need help managing your electricity, gas and water bills?

Drop in to receive help to apply for the Victorian Government’s $100 Power Saving Bonus for concession card holders. The Bonus is only available until the end of March!

Bring your electricity, gas and water bills to receive free personalised advice to:

  • understand your bills and check for a good energy offer
  • access available concessions, grants and payment plans
  • upgrade to efficient, electric appliances through Hume City Council's Home Energy Upgrades program, including extra rebates for concession card holders
  • assist with disputes with electricity, gas and water retailers

Come along any time during the session. To receive help to apply for the $100 Power Saving Bonus, please bring:

  • A copy of a recent electricity bill in your name (all pages of the bill)
  • Your eligible concession card (pensioner or health care card)
  • Identification such as a drivers licence, Medicare card, ImmiCard or Australian visa
  • Bank account details: BSB and account number

On the day you can speak to staff from Uniting Vic. Tas. Energy Support, Yarra Valley Water and the Energy and Water Ombudsman and the Hume Home Energy Upgrades program.

Everyone is welcome and light refreshments will be provided. Arabic, Punjabi and Hindi speakers will be there to assist.

Bookings are not essential but assist us in managing numbers.
