Welcome to the Effective Mentoring Program. The program is co-delivered by Cambridge Education, on behalf of the Department of Education (DE) and in partnership with Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT).
The two-day EMP consists of two full day workshops each with pre- and post-workshop online components. Full attendance at the workshops is required to complete the Effective Mentoring Program.
The program is structured for participants to register into a cohort. Each Day 1 workshop has a corresponding Day 2 workshop. This is to encourage continuity of discussions between participants. We strongly encourage you to select the corresponding Day 1 and Day 2 workshops.
When registering for the program ensure at least 4 weeks between your Day 1 workshop and Day 2 workshop registration. This will ensure appropriate time between the two workshops to enact the learning from the workshops
