Emotional Connection Workshop
Overview
Join Sarah Moore in a three-hour workshop (with a short tea break) desgined for new and evolving families wanting to develop their skills in connection within their family system.
We will do this through:
🧘♀️ Yoga asana ( movement) and breath (pranayama)
- Harmonize your physical, emotional and energetic body with yoga asana. Movement can energize and balance tired muscles and re align the body after twisting, picking up children.
- Balance your nervous system using specific techniques in pranayama, using your breath and visual practices to re set the nervous system after sleepless nights.
🎼 Sound
- Open up your throat chakras to project and empower your voice. Learning about how the energetic system can help guide you through difficult days and not to difficult days.
🌀 Meditation
- Even if it is only 5 minutes, meditation can calm and de-stress a moment in time. It can also become a ritual where transformation and inner learning develop.
🍃 The Workshop will use various techniques like collage, talking and writing to set intentions within our:
- Values
- Beliefs
- Goals
🍃 You will learn who is in your family system:
- Name your kids personalities
- Name your personality
- What clashes
- What binds
🍃 How will we do this?
- Using psychological theories in attachment and family systems plus the yogic philosophy a humanistic approach to being well within yourself. Sarah will guide you through yoga practices, conversations, rituals and techniques to support you in making the first shift in family connections.
