Know Yourself, Grow Yourself, Show Yourself is a mental health festival by the people, for the people. The festival will run at Sunshine Heights PS from Monday 21st March to Friday 25th March 2022 with a full, exciting program of events.

Join Mackillop Family Services for this hands on parenting workshop that will introduce you to the foundations of Emotion Coaching. Emotion coaching is helping children understand the different emotions they experience, why they occur, and how to handle them.
