Embracing Change - Soul Space Connection Sharing Circle

Embrace change and the uncertainties in life with a group of like minded souls at the Authentic Living Centre while its doors are still open.

Soul Space Circle is space to connect and share from an open heart with a group of like minded souls. A space to let go of all the stories and any dramas of the day and unwind for a couple of hours or so with presence not pretence. It's a space to open your mind to a new perspective and connect with your soul and the souls of other like-minded beings as we tune into our authenticiy and intuition. We explore a different theme each time.

Theme: Embracing Change

The evening is divided into 3 main parts:

1. Sharing of inspirational self love cards

2. Meditation - in 2 parts: (i) Body Scan (ii) Guided Meditation intuitively based on the theme

3. Pairing/connection exercises - asking and responding to questions based on the theme, usually using the benefit of hindsight, and gaining insights through your reflections in others

This will be the last regular Soul Space Circle event to be held at the Authentic Living Centre in Darlinghurst before it closes its doors!

While it’s sad to say goodbye to a really great chapter in life, it’s also a great opportunity to welcome in change, despite the all the uncertainty of not knowing what lies ahead.

The one constant thing in life is change.

Do you embrace change with excitement or curiosity or do you feel fear when it comes to the unknown or unfamiliar territory? Or is there a combination of the two? Do you initiate change like a breath of fresh air or do you prefer to stay within the safety net of the comfort zone of familiarity and feel fear when change is imposed on you? With the benefit of hindsight, can you see the silver linings of the biggest changes in your life?

These are the types of questions we will be exploring in the space.

Attendees will receive an outline and links and will be invited to a private Facebook group, to connect and share with other previous attendees for ongoing connection and support outside the space.

Meet your host:

Maria Lambi

Maria has been hosting Soul Space Circles consistently since 2017, creating a safe space for open minded and open hearted beings to connect with themselves and with each other at the soul level. Maria has also led meditation sessions in a corporate setting, both online and in person and is passionate about bringing people together and helping them find their centre, integrating over a decade of self awareness practices. Maria currently offers Soul Space Circles twice a month usually on the 2nd Wednesday and last Tuesday of each month. Maria also features as a meditation teacher on Insight Timer where you can find some of her meditations. Maria is also an International Best Selling Co-Author of the book Beyond Conditioning - Living Life on Your Terms.
