Session 1 : KIDS Focus, Sleep & Emotions 12pm-1:30pm $20

Learn how to QUICKLY, EASILY & NATURALLY support your children with focusing better at school, supporting those big emotions and allowing them to get a better and deeper night sleep.

Learn POWERFUL CALMING TECHNIQUES coupled with things you can do in your home and with the support of essential oils & nutrition to CONFIDENTLY support yourself with expert guidance.

You will recieve a focus or emotional support roller and a guide to take home.

Session 2 : Home Detox, Declutter & DIY 2pm-3pm $20

Learn how your home can be affecting your health & your stress levels. In this fun & hands on workshop. You will MAKE an ALL NATURAL CLEANING SPRAY and a CLEANING SCRUB that is safe enough for your kids to clean with. Be equiped with TOOLS that will help you when trying to read labels in the shops to work out what is safe for you and your family.

You will recieve a sample of the Cleaning Spray & Scrub to use in your home.
