What happens if I am running late ?

Please try your best to come in at least 5 minutes earlier. For any reason you are to arrive after the time of the event, we will allow a window of 10 minutes, then doors will be closed. Any time after, will cause disruptions to the workshop and the ease of our attendees.

Can I still attend if I don't know if I don't think I have any suppressed emotions or blocks ?

Of course you can, but you might also be surprised at what might come through for you. Sometimes we aren't aware of what's hidden deep within our shadows. If you feel called to join this workshop, then I suggest to completely choose it and trust yourself.

Do I have to share anything if I don't want to?

You have complete free will, and you do not have to share anything or do anything you don't want to. However this workshop might not be for your needs, because it is a space for grounded, safe and sustainable results, and to have that we need to be open and ready.
