The Social Club

We want to help you transform your relationship with yourself and your body. Together we dive deep into what body image is and the role it plays in our sense of self via a range of engaging in-person and take-home modules. Themes explored throughout the retreat include self-compassion, your body and pleasure, mindful eating and movement and body positive clay sculpting. Module 1 (in-person)Self-compassion and body positivity with <a href="https://appsych.app/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Alisha Polsen, Clinical Psychologist</a> Module 2 (in-person)Mindful movement and meditation with Sarah Moloney, Yoga/Pilates/Barre TeacherModule 3 (in-person) Therapeutic Clay Sculpting with <a href="http://franromano.com.au/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Fran Romano, Ceramic Artist </a>+ take-home modules to be consumed at your own pace. Included within the ticket price is the following: Morning tea, lunch and beverages: A plant-based offering, to nourish and delight throughout the retreat. Provided by Gather Cafe (morning tea) and Monster Kitchen (lunch). A gift bag valued at $300: Containing a collection of certified organic, botanical formulations to nourish the self.A free pass to the Adytum bathhouse: Opening in July 2021, enjoy the Adytum bathhouse facilities with one free pass.
