When ancient Eastern yoga meets traditional Middle Eastern belly dance, a harmonious fusion of movement, mindfulness, and self-expression unfolds. No previous experience is needed.

Workshop Plan:
🔹 Warming Up & Intention Setting à Prepare your body and mind for movement.
🔹 Dance Technique à Learn foundational dance skills.
🔹 Social Dance à Engage in fun, interactive dance exercises.
🔹 Cool Down à Relax and restore with mindful stretching (Yoga mat).


What to bring:
🔹 Yoga mat (Please don't forget to bring your mat)
🔹 Water bottle
🔹 Hip scarf
🔹 Dance-friendly clothing
