Do you ever walk away from a conversation thinking, “Why did that affect me so much?”
Maybe small situations turn into bigger emotional reactions.
Maybe you find yourself repeating the same patterns in relationships and don’t fully understand why.
This workshop is a space to slow down and explore those moments.
Instead of focusing on fixing relationships or changing other people, we look at what’s happening inside us when certain situations arise.
Often our reactions are connected to deeper emotional patterns we haven’t had the chance to properly see or understand.
When we begin to notice these patterns with awareness, something shifts. We gain more space between the trigger and the reaction.
This two hour workshop offers a calm, grounded environment where you can explore your experiences through guided reflection, conversation, and gentle embodied practices.
You are welcome to simply listen, reflect, and notice what arises for you.
This is not therapy or counselling. It is a space for awareness, understanding, and reconnecting with yourself.
You can attend one session or return regularly as we explore different themes around relationships and emotional patterns.
