Immerse yourself in a rejuvenating wellness experience that nurtures both body and mind, complete with lunch and spa access.

Take a morning for yourself with a calming blend of movement and nourishment at Elysia Wellness Retreat.

Your morning begins with Hun Yun Qi Gong and Yoga, a slow and mindful practice that settles your breath and clears your thoughts. Qi Gong uses simple, flowing movements to guide your energy into a steady rhythm, ease tension and bring you back into your body. Yoga then opens the muscles and creates space for deeper relaxation. You’ll finish feeling centred, grounded and ready to carry that calm into the rest of your day at Elysia.

Afterward, enjoy a shared-plate lunch in our dining room with a welcome mimosa on arrival.

After lunch, guests are invited to extend their experience with access to our spa facilities, including the plunge pool and steam room. You may also join our afternoon wellness activities at a special attendee rate of $15 per class (available for purchase at reception).

To complete your afternoon of self-care, enjoy 15% off facials and relaxation massages at the Elysia Day Spa (valid on the day for luncheon guests).
