Now in its third year, the UnConference is back, with a new focus, new format, and a heap more excitement!

The Challenge

You are wired to ACHIEVE. To drive forward, get results, kick goals.

What’s the Game Plan?

  • Two days to reset your neural pathways for astounding leaps in your business power and personal influence.

  • Two days to learn the critical steps to overcoming ‘Achiever Pain’ and the constant bias for action.

  • Two days to rebuild the unconscious habits you don’t even know are holding you back.

  • Two days to discover how far you can catapult when your IMPACT is combined with the INPUT of your Leadership Community.

We highly recommend and strongly encourage you to take up the residential option. We have an evening meal and crucial program activity that evening. We would hate for you to miss out! We also understand that you may have other personal commitment, so we have made it an option for those who need it. Otherwise, plan on camping out!

The Content

2. DEEP REST - Advanced strategies to maintain peak performance from an Executive Perfomance Specialist

3. DEEP PLAY - Creativity and fun for more human BEING (so the human DOING does better)

4. DEEP THINK - Time and space to do the big thinking about your world: personal, work, and legacy


The Feel

The feel for the event will be FUN and CONNECTION. I like to think of it as summer camp for adults! It will be held over two days with options to camp out in the giant teepees, the cottage, or bring your own tent.

*Accommodation can be booked separately on the Cuppacumbalong site.

The Process

This will be an experiential development program: there will be activities for engagement, reflection, and learning. Things will be active, and mostly outside. All fitness levels may participate. We have the river nearby, a large property, and a lovely river path we are going to incorporate in to the activities.

Private transportation or taxis are the go. There is plenty of free parking at the event.

We're happy to offer a full refund up to 30 days beforehand. Cancellations within 30 days will incur admin costs of $100. No refunds within 7 days of the event.
