Whether it is the beat or the melody that drives your passion on the dance floor, whether it is to dance by yourself or to dance in community, there is a need that is met.Ecstatic Dance is about satisfying our innate tendencies for connection, solitude, belonging and a sense of spirit. When we move we learn to trust ourselves again, to let go and fall into the arms of the dancing community. This becomes our dance, this evolves not only our way of being but the collective evolution.You are invited to come and try, to move like no one is watching, not even yourself, to let the body dance its dance with out the mind steering it.
