ECA Advanced Workshop 
 A Practical Workshop on Processing Conveyancing Transactions Electronically
The Australian Institute of Conveyancers (Victoria Division) is hosting a limited workshop series to provide support for the conveyancing industry to process conveyancing transactions electronically.  This course will best suit subscribers and their staff who have a basic understanding and some experience on the current electronic lodgement network, but need support and reassurance that they are both meeting the legislative, regulatory and operator obligations and utilising the network to its full potential.
Conveyancers will receive three (3) Risk Management points for completing the workshop through AIC VIctoria.
Land Use Victoria are supporting this workshop program to ensure the industry is trained and ready to meet the Registrar's digital timeline.
Topics to be covered will include:
-  Navigation and Workflow - Tips and Tricks
- Linking Workspaces for Financial Settlement
- Entering Covenant Information when required
- PEXA Security Policy Compliance
- Transfer without Financial Settlement
- GST Withholding Obligations, Forms and Compliance Obligations
- Nomination
- Transmission
- Survivorship
The workshop will utlise a computer for each participant so numbers are limited.
