Join Jade and Rosie for the very first workshop in our health and wellbeing series for a morning of gratitude, yoga, mindfulness, goal setting & connection with others. This community inspired event was created to empower and connect people on a deeper level through movement and education.

What to expect:
- A group gratitude workshop
- Move, stretch and unwind your body, while deepening your meditation practice in a 60 minute yoga class
- A nutritious and delicious morning tea that is sugar, dairy and gluten free
- Learn about foods that improve cognitive function, help reduce body fat and lower inflammation
- A goal setting and strategy session (with your own workbook so that you can start to take action on your goals immediately)
