Set in the famous Prairie Hotel, this is a fossil inspired fest with connection to modern day seafood dining. This is a fossil inspired feast. Guest chef Hardy Weyrauch delivers a six-course creative culinary degustation combining native Australian flavours and premium seafood from the West Coast of the Eyre Peninsula. Produce will be sourced from Hardy's friends and suppliers; Streaky Bay Marine Products, Venus Bay Prawns, Port Kenny & Port Lincoln Fresh Fish Place. Enjoy creations like cucumber gazpacho with prawn tails or sashimi strata.
