We live in an emotionally suppressed world. From an early age, many of us are taught to manage emotions by minimizing, avoiding, or overriding them-especially anger. We learn to stay calm, be agreeable, and keep moving, even when our bodies are signaling the need to pause, express, or protect. Over time, this conditioning disconnects us from our emotional instincts and teaches the nervous system that expression is unsafe.

This work offers a different approach:one that honours the body’s intelligence and allows emotion to be felt, expressed, and released rather than stored.

This somatic release experience is for those who feel anger stored in the body rather than easily expressed. Through body-based practices, we work beyond talk alone to access anger held in muscles, fascia, breath, and the nervous system- allowing unfinished stress responses to complete and regulation to return.
