Dumpling Day originates from the day in the Lunar New Year Calendar where dumplings are shared amongst family and friends as a symbol of wealth.
Partnering with Wandering Cooks, BrisAsia presents dumplings from across Asia to try and buy, telling the story of this delicious and versatile food. 
Learn how to make dumplings from Tibet to Korea, and traditional Jiao zi with a twist.

Book in for a time and we look forward to seeing you on the day. 
Workshops will start at 10am with a Tibetan singing bowl meditation and Tibetan Momos
From 12-2pm - Learn how to make jiao zi and other chinese dumplings
From 2-4pm - Learn how to make Korean Mandu
