A Drumming Circle is a joyful rhythm based event where a group of people gather together to share their rhythmical spirit.

Join Jess and Mirella for a joyful evening Drumming Circle.Amplify your energy through the sacred practice of drumming and chanting.Together we will ride the wave of rhythm with percussion instruments and our collective voice. Instruments will be provided for use however you are welcome to bring along any percussion instruments with you i.e. handheld frame drum, sticks etc.You don’t have to be a drummer or a singer to participate, all musical levels are welcome, even if this means simply clapping your hands or tapping your feet. All you have to bring along is whatever rhythmical experience you have to offer, along with the excitement of sharing it with others!Learn more about your facilitators below:

Meet JessJess wears many hats. She is a Woman's Circle Facilitator, Cacao Ceremonialist, Self-Discovery and Embodiment Coach, Energetic Healer, Yoga and Meditation Teacher and a Paediatric and Mental Health Occupational Therapist. 
Her passion and mission is to support and empower others on their self-discovery journey to create a life with deeper meaning, purpose and joy. She believes that community and deep connections are a foundational need for this human life- 'it takes a village to raise a baby' but when do you stop needing your village? Sitting in circle, ceremony and connecting with others is an ancient practice that still holds an important place in today's society. Jess holds space for you to re-connect back to the self with curiosity and discover that the answers you seek are all within you.

Meet MirellaMirella is a joyous woman who is passionate about health and wellbeing. Being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2015 led Mirella down a wellness path where she was introduced to the wonderful world of Sound Healing; healing the body using audible sound. Drawing on her background in singing, Mirella uses her voice as well as a combination of sacred sound instruments to create a nourishing sound healing experience.
