Children under age 15 are free, no cacao included. If you would like to purchase a food ticket or cacao please do so when you purchase your ticket.

All children attending need to have a FREE ticket "purchased" so that we know how many people are attending.

As the seasons turn and autumn invites us inward, we gather once more to move, ground, and reconnect — with ourselves, each other, and the land beneath our feet.

Join us beside the still waters of Tingalpa Reservoir for a heart-led afternoon of conscious dance, soulful music, and family-friendly community connection.

DreamWeaver CommUnity Dance – Autumn Edition is a family-friendly, alcohol-light, nature-based gathering, designed so parents, children, and elders all feel welcome.

The event finishes at 7:30 PM, making it suitable for children and early nights while still offering a full, rich dance journey for adults.

A celebration of rhythm, presence, and belonging.

🍁 What to Expect on the Day

1:30 PM – Doors Open

Arrive, ground, and ease into the space with a heart-opening cup of ceremonial cacao.

Settle onto the grass, connect with community, and let the gentle soundscape welcome you in.

Children are welcome to roam, play, and rest nearby under parent or guardian supervision.

Browse the CommUnity Clothes Swap (bring or take pre-loved pieces) and enjoy optional offerings such as Zen Thai Massage under the trees ✨

2:00 PM – Welcome, Dream Writing & Somatic Opening

We gather to acknowledge the land and open the circle together.

A guided dream-writing ritual invites intentions, visions, and inner whispers to be gently placed onto paper, held within the steady, grounding tones of live didgeridoo.

From here, the body is invited into movement.

A gentle somatic movement guide leads us slowly from stillness into presence, supported by a DJ playing live alongside the somatic journey — creating a smooth, nervous-system-friendly transition from reflection into embodied movement.

This opening is slow, intuitive, and grounding, setting a safe and inclusive tone for dancers of all ages.

🎶 Dance Journey | 2:20 PM – 7:30 PM

A continuous, gently unfolding family-friendly conscious dance journey through world, tribal, ecstatic, and deep-house soundscapes — expressive and grounding without late-night intensity.

As the afternoon softens and the air cools, the music gently guides us inward — grounded, expansive, and heart-centred.

🔥 Fire Ceremony & Closing Circle | From 6:45 PM

As dusk settles, we gather around the fire for a gentle, grounding close.

A family-friendly fire ceremony to release, reflect, and anchor intentions — wrapping up calmly and consciously so little ones can head home settled and supported.

🌿 What to Bring

• Cup for cacao

• Water bottle & personal snacks

• Picnic rug or camp chair

• Clothes for the Clothes Swap

• BYO drinks (within reason)

• Bug spray & warm layers for kids and adults

• Open heart, grounded feet, curious spirit

• Spending money for massage or take-home offerings
