The longer I supervise, the more convinced I am that the work practioners' do is but the tip of the iceberg and that truly transformative supervision plummets the depths and facilitates sustained dialogue between a supervisee's soul (motivation) role (responsibilities) and context (people, dynamics, politics). Through input, group work and live in-the-moment creative supervision, this interactive workshop will explore what it takes to help practitioners be increasingly more Awake, Attentive, Agile and Audacious.
