Refund Policy
Please note that all refunds will incur a 10% processing fee to cover ticketing platform and administrative costs. No refunds will be issued within 10 days of the event date
*Please note due to extensive project works being carried out until late February. The Merivales Street Entrance to the BCEC will be closed until 1 March.
We have been advised the best entry into the BCEC will be via Grey Street Entrance on Grey Street.
The project works also affect the South Bank train line. We recommend allowing extra travel time and checking transport options in advance. Consider alternative routes or transport where possible to ensure a smooth arrival.*
