Join Shortstop's Head Donut Maker, Natalie Waugh, for a unique hands-on experience that will have you rolling, proofing, frying and glazing some delicious donut creations!

After Natalie takes you through the process of making dough from scratch, you'll roll and cut the donuts to size. As the donuts are proofing (that's baker-speak for fermenting and rising), you'll make some fresh glazes from scratch, before frying the donuts and finishing them off in three tasty ways.

During the class, you'll also be treated to fresh cinnamon donuts (yum) and batch brew coffee (double yum); and you'll leave the class with a box of yeast-raised donuts, recipes for Yeast Dough and the glazes you've made on the night, and a $10 voucher for Shortstop Coffee & Donuts (handy for when that #donutcraving hits).

As this is a hands on class, participants must wear enclosed footwear. If you want to protect your clothes, it's a good idea to bring an apron as well - or wear an old t-shirt. It's recommended to have a light meal before the class as there isn't a meal break during the class.

Cost: $100 per person + booking fee (includes hot cinnamon donuts on arrival, batch brew coffee, box of glazed donuts to take home and recipes from the class.)
