From creamy tiramisu to decadent crostata, you'll master the art of making these delectable treats from scratch. The class will be held at 55 Bronzewing Cct, where Anna and Sara will guide you through each step. Get ready to indulge in a hands-on experience that will leave you craving more!

Have you got a sweet tooth? This class has been created just for you.

During this class you are going to prepare Anna’s Tiramisu’ with all her secrets and helpful tricks to make an exceptional authentic Italian Tiramisu’.

You’ll master how to bake a perfect pastry, preparing our Nonna’s Crostata cake with Apricot jam and with the left over pastry we are going to prepare different types of biscuits, our favourites are Bottoni(Buttons), perfect with Italian espresso coffee or afternoon Tea.

Then we’ll prepare a late afternoon tea and we’ll taste the Tiramisu’, the Crostata and the Bottoni biscuits accompanied with espresso Italian coffee, cappuccino, latte or tea.

You take home your tray of Tiramisu, Crostata and the Bottoni biscuits that you have prepared, that way you can share with your family the delicacy you made with your own hands, and you’ll get the recipe book for the class you attended.

All our recipes are hands on, you’ll be working at your private bench space with a maximum of 14 participants to ensure that every one of you will be well looked after and to maximise your learning and help you to master the necessary skills.

Mascarpone, Coffee, Savoiardi biscuits, sugar, eggs, plain flour, butter, Vanilla beans, Lemon zest, Apricot jam.

Ingredients, apron, tools, and everything you need is provided by us.

Course is suitable for any skill level.

Please come 10-15 minutes before the start time of the class.

Please wear closed in comfortable shoes.

Join us for a hands-on cooking class where you'll learn how to create a delicious Italian lunch from scratch, you'll master the art of Italian cuisine in no time! Come hungry and ready to learn, don't miss out on this opportunity to taste the flavors of Italy right here in Australia! Italian Lunch is going to be really fun and you'll master: Antipasto (entrée).You are going to prepare the traditional fresh tomato and basil bruschetta and a gourmet variation of it. Primo (main).You’ll learn to prepare traditional Orecchiette and Maccheroni al ferretto pasta, then we’ll show you how to create the traditional Amatriciana sauce. Dolce (dessert).You’ll prepare a recipe from Piedmont region: Piedmontese peaches – oven baked with chocolate and amaretti. Then we’ll cook the pasta that Anna and Sara have prepared, and we’ll feast on the bruschetta, the pasta and dessert with a glass of wine, then you take home the food you prepared to share with your loved ones.
