Bring a friend, settle in, and stay for a relaxed post-film chat with fellow doco lovers.

Docutopia screenings happen on the fourth Tuesday of the month, 6-8pm at Reservoir Library.


Anonymous Club: Courtney Barnett (2021)

A raw and intimate picture of enigmatic singer-songwriter, Courtney Barnett—an anti-influencer who is a powerful voice for our times, a recluse acclaimed by audiences the world over and a strong female artist in conflict with herself.

Spellbound (2003)

Eight youthful competitors travel with their families to Washington, D.C. to compete in the 1999 Scripps National Spelling Bee. Under heavy pressure to perform, the children struggle to advance toward the championship while approaching competitive spelling with the focus and intensity of Olympic athletes.

Follows the life of one of Australia's finest writers, from her early days in Kiama, to her time in Hydra, Greece, and to her tragic early death in 1969, exploring her work and what was left unfinished.
