DMFS Brisbane Welcome and Information Expo 2026

DMFS together with Gallipoli Barracks Community Centre,invite all ADF Families living in the Brisbane region to the annual Welcome Expo

Discover Your Brisbane Community – All in One DAY!

Come along for a fun, informative, and family-friendly morning designed especially for those posted to Gallipoli Barracks, Brisbane.

Meet a wide range of internal and external service providers, as well as local community, recreational groups, and clubs, all in one place. It’s the perfect opportunity to gather useful information and discover what’s on offer in your local area whether you’re brand new to Brisbane or have been here for a while.

The event will be held at the Gallipoli Barracks Community Centre and will feature:

• Static displays
• Balloon twisting
• Rock wall
• And plenty more to keep the kids entertained

Please note this event is held the same day as the 2026 Gallipoli Barracks Open Day, making it a HUGE, action packed day for the whole family. Your welcome to stick around locally and continue onto the base open day after lunch or head home for lunch and a rest and return later for more fun. However you choose to enjoy your day, its set to be massive, fun-filled experience from morning through to night.*

Important Information:

This event is for ADF Members and their Families only

Access to the base will be via the main pass office. ADF Members will be required to escort their families at all times, it's encouraged that over 16's obtain a DCAC card prior to the event, by making an appointment at the pass office, located at the main gate on Lloyd street. If this is not possible all names of family members will be provided to the gate.

Once registrations are recieved a link will be sent to your email address to complete the base induction. All none members over 16 must complete. Parking information will also be provided.
