DMFS Amberley Welcome and Information Expo 2026

DMFS together with RAAF Base Amberley,invite all ADF Families living in the Ipswich region to the annual Welcome Expo

Come along for an afternoon of Information gathering and entertainment for all those posted to RAAF Base Amberley. There will be a range of internal and external service providers, community and recrational groups and clubs, so you can find out what's on offer in your local area.

The event will take place at the Gym precinct, the pool will be open, static displays, face painting and jumping castle plus the rock wall for all your childrens entertainment. Support Wounded Hero's who will be providing a sausage sizzle and a cold drink to purchase.

We look forward to seeing both new to the area and those who have been here a while, for an afternoon of connection and being apart of the Ipswich community.

Important Information:

This event is for ADF Members and their Families only

Access to the base will be via the main pass office. ADF Members will be required to escort their families at all times, it's encouraged that over 16's obtain a DCAC card prior to the event, by making an appintment at the pass office, located at the contractors gate. If this is not possible all names of family members will be provided to the gate.

Once registrations are recieved a link will be sent to your email address to complete the base induction. All none members over 16 must complete. Parking information will also be provided.
