How can I cancel my booking if I'm no longer able to attend?

We understand if something happens and you are unable to make it to our event. To cancel your booking, please log into your Eventbrite account (created automatically during booking), go to the Tickets tab, click on your order then select Cancel Order.

I tried to cancel for a paid event but it won't refund me the full amount I paid for the ticket?

If you cancel a booking, please note Eventbrite takes out a ticketing fee which is unable to be reimbursed. We choose to absorb this fee when you book a ticket, but we are unable to refund this amount if you cancel, e.g. for a $10 ticket you would be refunded $8.27, and the ticketing fee is $1.73.

This is a hands-on workshop to design and create you're own library tote bag , bag tags and pom-poms, plus craft other essentials for a stylish and bright start to the new year.

All materials are included. This program is suitable for children 5+. Please note that children under the age of 12 will need an adult guardian preset during the program.
