Try out this ancient Chinese movement and breathing practice to support health and promote a sense of calm and relaxation.

As part of Lunar New Celebrations, join this staff-led session of Qi Gong, which uses slow, simple movements combined with relaxed breathing and mindfulness to help cultivate energy (often called chi), wellbeing and balanced movement. It’s a wonderful way to move softly, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your natural vitality. Suitable for all abilities.

Wear comfortable, loose clothing for ease of movement with exercise shoes, and bring a water bottle.
