Join us for a spring meditation journey! As the days get warmer and brighter, it's the perfect time to refresh and dive into this simple yet effective self-care practice. Are you struggling to make meditation a healthy habit? Join Jiva Krishna das, meditation teacher of 30+ years to explore some easy to apply meditation techniques and to help you implement them into your life to transform your life in all ways. Learn simple and potent techniques including mindfulness, that can be practiced anywhere, anytime!

We know you lead a busy life, and lets face it, you can hardly find the time to keep up with your day to day responsibilities as it is. That’s why we’ve designed this course to fit in with you and your unique circumstances! We help you create a short, powerful practice that will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and nourished so you can thrive thoughout your day. As little as 15mins a day can have profound, transformational effects. This course is suitable for everyone, and consists of guided meditations, kirtan and Q & A time as we go on a journey of self-discovery.

This is a free 2 part course running on 2 consecutive Monday nights:
Part one: Monday 16th October 6:00pm - 7:30pm
Part two: Monday 23rd October 6:00pm - 7:30pm

There is no need to bring anything and please arrive at least 10 minutes early so we can get everyone seated comfortably. In line with ancient yoga tradition we don't charge for our meditation programs however donations are very welcome to help with the running of the centre.
