About your Hosts & Presenters:

The Power to You project Team are proud to be hosting this event. The Power to You team is comprised of:

· Power to You Co-designers & Co-Facilitators will be there to greet you and to share valuable information and tips from their lived experience of disability. They will share their experience with Guardianship, Supported Decision Making, Creating a Circle of Support as well as their experience of the project co-design, co-production and becoming peer group leaders.

· The Power to You team is led by Tracie-Lee Little. Tracie-Lee has more than 20 years' experience leading initiatives improving Human Rights and Inclusion of people with Disability. Her experience includes roles with the NDIA, The Disability Royal Commission and Disability advisory roles in Inclusive employment and Education. Tracie-Lee will share insights on capacity building from a Human Rights approach including lessons learned from the project.
