About this event

Join us for a morning coffee and conversation with inspirational women from the IT and AV industries.

Our IT panel discussion will be led by Sharon Hunneybell - Co-founder & CEO, Gold Coast Innovation Hub. Co-founder, Startup Apprentice. Her guests include:

Lauren Hall: Founder and Chief Executive Officer Lauren is a passionate entrepreneur with more than 25 years’ business management experience at Executive and Board level, successfully building multiple companies from startup to strategic and financial exit. With a background in programming, accounting and marketing, Lauren’s expertise spans manufacturing, retail, advertising and technology industries in both South Africa and Australia.

Terry Woodcroft: - COO and Founder of Aurtra Terry has more than twenty-five years international management experience in hardware and software engineering, product management and marketing. Terry has built new profitable businesses in highly competitive markets in early stage growth through to Fortune 500 companies.

Annie Flamsteed: - Founder of Inspiretek

Founder and CEO of iNSPIRE Sport Online, a Brisbane based company that is passionate about athlete’s well-being from young to old. Annie launched her wellbeing program, the iNSPIRE Sport Online mobile app, in February 2019.

Our AV panel discussion will be led by Nicky Rasmin - International event manager, educator and trainer. Her guests include:

Jackie Rouleston Stuart: General Manager, Sol RED Creative Event Services Jackie has been actively involved in the meetings and business events industry since 1993. Jackie’s experience includes sales & marketing roles within hotels, resorts & conference venues in Australia and New Zealand. In addition, Jackie has held senior management positions in a number of convention bureaux, including Tourism Auckland & Gold Coast Tourism.

Amelia Espley: Venues Sales Executive, Encore Event Technologies Amelia loves seeing the transformation of an event. From a blank empty canvas, to a full elaborate show that is able to encapsulate and engage an audience. She has many years of experience working in the events industry, from stage manager on large festivals such as Woodford Folk Festival and Byron Bay Blues Fest, whilst also working in the corporate audio visual industry as a technician servicing a range of venues from Gold Coast to Brisbane for over 15 years. Her passion for events coupled with a Bachelor of Audio Production, Diploma of Makeup Artistry and Certificate III in Live Entertainment, Theatre and Events provides the right amount of technical know-how and artistic flair to build strong client relationships and create unique memorable events.

Naomii Sinclair: Creative Production Industry Leader Naomii joined The Post Lounge in 2020 as a Senior Producer working on local and international feature films and television series. Prior to joining The Post Lounge, Naomii was the Manager of the largest SAE Creative Media Institute campus. Naomii built her career in Post Production at Fox Studios Australia. She has worked with several companies including Spectrum Films, Twentieth Century Fox, Soundfirm, and EndemolShine to navigate through the peaks and troughs of the industry, and particularly through the GFC. In addition, Naomii is a huge supporter of women in the creative industries; launching the Queensland branch of Screen Vixens in 2018.
